The India International Down Syndrome Conference (IIDSC) 2026 will be held from 17th to 20th September 2026 at the Hotel Hindusthan International, Bhubaneswar. Building on the success and inspiring momentum of IIDSC 2025, this next edition continues the journey of learning, collaboration, and celebration within the global Down syndrome community.

The conference fosters meaningful dialogue on inclusion, education, health, employment, independent living, and rights-based approaches, while also celebrating abilities, achievements, and lived experiences. IIDSC is not just a conference—it is a movement that strengthens connections and builds pathways for a more inclusive society.

We have the regular inauguration on the 11 th of September from 5:30 P.M onwards followed by a program presented by the host team. Get ready to be enthralled by our self-advocates as they take the stage to start the show.
The next 2 days are all about learning and fun – which is the hallmark of every IIDSC. We have a some surprises for you to make it an experience to remember. The Medical panel discussion, the therapists discussion, the one on one with the panelists – are all a part of this event too.
We will talk about legal issues, other forms of therapy and have practical sessions too to ensure your take-home message is clear. For the self-advocates, there are a lot of things planned which we are confident would have them looking forward to the next IIDSC.
